Documents I refer to attached as follows. 1, Terrorism act 2000/2006. 2, Dr Francis Boyle affidavit confirming Covid 19 vaccinations are a biological weapon of mass destruction. This has also recently been submitted to The Metropolitan Police by South Wales Police on behalf of Dale Vincent 3, The Biological weapons anti terrorism act of 1989. Drafted by Dr Professor Francis Boyle and signed into law in May 1990 by President George H.W. Bush. 4, my complaint submission March 2026 with some of the supporting evidence, this is now being actively investigated by The Metropolitan Police Professional Standards Directorate. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) were consulted and they have directed The Met’s PSD to carry out the investigation into the closure and handling of crime reference number 6029679/21. A number of the high profile experts, professionals, witnesses and victims involved in the original crime report, at my request, have made contact with The Met PSD. They have been acknowledged and in some cases identified as complainants. 5, the home office crime recording rules 2026/2027. These are specific to England and Wales, for Scotland and Northern Ireland be guided by those forces. Page 6, The Standard directs a victim focused approach to crime recording. Inasmuch as you want to exercise your right to be able to do video recordings of police officers you have encounters with, please endeavour not to be intrusive, not to harass or assault the officers with your recording, not to obstruct the officers in the discharge of their duties and also importantly, to respect the privacy of other people (as can be seen in this part of the video left out by the poster). Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse is an appalling crime. It is all of our responsibility to be vigilant, to report any concerns, to prevent these crimes from taking place and to ensure abusers are punished. I support a victim-led approach to tackling CSE. If they believe a further independent review in addition to that undertaken by Malcolm Newsam & Gary Ridgway between 2019 & 2022 is needed in Oldham, I will support them. The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse also reported in 2022, but the previous Government did not implement a single recommendation. I welcome commitments to implement recommendations from the new Government, these must happen urgently. It is vital that those who commit these appalling crimes face the full force of the law and that the institutional failures that led to the abuse taking place are addressed. The victims and survivors of this abuse have suffered enough. They deserve justice.

The incident is said to have occurred on 02 April 2026, at the Volksrust Police Station. It is worth noting that in light of the serious allegation, the SAPS has instituted an internal investigation to thoroughly examine the circumstances surrounding the incident. In addition to the internal investigation, a criminal investigation is also underway to ensure all aspects of this matter are addressed transparently. The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) has been notified of the incident and it is expected that a parallel investigation will be conducted by this Directorate.

We need to be looking at the world with spiritual eyes and using discernment.

I was also notified that my video violated TOS for the screenshot I included, so I’ve deleted that post and am including the original video again here with the screenshot removed. Thank you so much for everyone who has been reaching out and sharing this info to help emphasize the seriousness of the situation and how widespread it is. And a HUGE thank you to some of the accounts that have been helping behind the scenes by directing me to the right people to talk to. I’ve bookmarked, taken screenshots and made notes of additional information that has been sent my way to include in communications with the team at 𝕏. I’ll continue to do everything I can on my end. I understand there are many of you who have been trying to bring attention to this matter for a long time now and I truly believe that nothing pure of heart and intention is done in vain.

I would like to inform the general public that the man seen in the TikTok video, allegedly violating and abusing a young boy to the extent of causing him to vomit during the incident, has surrendered himself to our offices. He is currently under questioning and investigation by CID regarding these serious allegations involving a minor. It is believed that the suspect may have drugged the young victim prior to carrying out these abusive actions. I therefore appeal to the investigators to handle this matter with the utmost seriousness, diligence, and transparency to ensure justice is served. Let us all respect the laws of the land and uphold the dignity and rights of others. Abuse in any form is unacceptable and must be condemned by all. Bible Verse: “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.” Proverbs 31:8.
