The shooting occurred earlier this month when four bullets came flying into the apartment, miraculously the boy was never hit. Six others outside the apartment complex were injured from the shooting, ages ranging from 3 to 19 years old. A toddler was hit the hardest, along with her 6-year-old brother, but they both survived and are recovering from their wounds. Police are still investigating the drive-by shooting involving a person firing shots from the back seat of a red Kia Soul. No arrests have been made.
