That doesnt look like a heart attack.. From the stuff i have seen of people that have a heart attack..They have some movement.. before everything shuts down. As in grab their chest. Look like they wonder what is going on.. Feeling weird.. Before their legs give up and then fall.

Turner Lee Salter was standing at a car wash when he was hit by falling debris. Initially, police suspected that the 19-year-old had been shot, but it was later determined that he was struck by airborne shrapnel from a canister. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after.
