That doesnt look like a heart attack.. From the stuff i have seen of people that have a heart attack..They have some movement.. before everything shuts down. As in grab their chest. Look like they wonder what is going on.. Feeling weird.. Before their legs give up and then fall.

Notice none of them grab their heart as they would if they were having a typical heart attack...
