According to the study, people that used the sauna 4 to 7 times a week, had a 40% decrease in all cause mortality... compared to those using it only once per week. The study also found associations with a lower risk of cardiovascular death, with longer sauna sessions (20 minutes or more), associated with even greater cardiovascular benefits. cc:
