I agree! these large corporations are entirely dependent on a happy workforce, not CEO's, to maintain there companies. The employees, should be included in the profit sharing of a company, which would incentivize there desire to be more productive. The corporate landscape needs to change.

All the big companies are like this because it’s shareholder driven which makes it greed driven because they need to satisfy their shareholders pockets so they make the profits and then they keep making it harder for the workers. The arson was not an employee of Kimberly Clark but instead was an employee of a logistics company contracted for the warehouse. Also the man was not chained to the warehouse, he could have left for a better job. He chose to work for the contractor, they didn’t snatch him off the street and but in a chain gang.

No, FUCK THIS GUY!!! Now all of those people who had jobs there are out of work! And maybe he's getting paid less because they have to hire MORE people to handle such high demand. Your thinking is screwed these companies offer you a wage you either take the work or you don't and when they can't get anyone to work for them then they change and if your line of work doesn't pay you enough then you change your line of work you don't burn down the fucking building and put people that are satisfied with the wage out of work that's stupid the way your looking at this......

Everyone’s life could change overnight if every company would pay whats known as a 50/30/20 pay lifestyle and all these companies and elites would still be millionaires and billionaires after it was done. So the question EVERYONE should really be asking is why don’t they? If you aren’t familiar what the 50/30/20 pay is, go educate yourself on it. What they do to the citizens is by design, no other reason. It’s to keep you so far behind that you have no time to think let alone pay attention what they do to you ON PURPOSE… The lowest pay today for living a sensible lifestyle is 80-125K depending on where you live. This is not to make you rich, it’s just to allow you not to struggle and need two incomes to make ends meet. 78%+ of Americans don’t even come close to that income in this country.

Secondly, if the job you accepted isn’t covering your living expenses, I guess you should either find another job or move. It’s your job, not your guardian.
