An interesting model. Except for one detail-- the center of mass of the solar system is not exactly in the center of the sun. Depending on the positions of Jupiter and Saturn, the CG is sometimes even outside the sun itself-- making the fluid sun slosh around like a bucket of water. Hence the 11 ans 22 year cycle of sunspots.

That is a 3D representation of a 2D effect.

I have always disliked this representation of gravity. It shows that planets and moons somehow sit “on” something. And while I know it is just a visual aid, it is fundamentally wrong in how it’s visually presented.

I've often wondered about this graph, is it just not explaining the model we've accepted so far? This doesn't mean that the model is wrong, but it does raise the question in my mind, is the universe flat, and there are no "up and down" directions in it?

This totally misrepresents what we actually see. We see the planets appearing in the ecliptic plane. This simulation has the planets in a corkscrew well that would appear overhead like styrofoam pellets being drawn down a bathtub drain.

Now show the sun falling in thr gravity well of the milky way Supermassive black hole

The only problem with this is that the Earth and other major planets follow an orbital plane due to having originated from an accretion disc. Therefore, though the strength of the warping is contingent on mass, the depth of warping remains consistent.
