Philly fans think a QB winning a ring means they should be considered a top talent when a ring is a TEAM accomplishment. Trying to talk about rings when discussing an individual player’s skill set is lazy. You can’t find any Cowboys’ fan that has said a ring doesn’t matter.

The Eagles won championships before the Super Bowls existed. The two Super Bowls we won were nice but I’m the type of Eagles fan who doesn’t care about that. If they never win another game, I’m still an Eagles fan until the end of time. I realize not everyone is a fan like me.

It's not that I don't care about the championships prior to the Super Bowl era. I just don't brag about something I wasn't alive for, respectfully.

To me, it's part of the history of the team that I consider my favorite team. I love the history of this team. The thing that made me a fan is the fact that defense has always been a main element for this team. Also, they have always done it their way.

💯, my first season was 1996. Losing to the 49ers in the playoffs that year sucked. Since then the standard for me has been a championship.

Before 1998 I watched games here and there when my parents had them on. 1998 was the first season I didn't miss a game.

That’s awesome. That was a brutal time to start becoming a fan. Makes me so much more appreciative of these times, even the not so good years.
