In India, dual income source should be made legal and a person should be allowed to earn out of his/her job time. I too, have suffered during covid beacuse of dependency on one source of income. Companies after Covid found out that employees have done dual job, so that's the reason they have barred employees to do any other work even outside his/her office timing, but when they do lay-off they done't even think twice aboout employees

Not every job lost is AI's fault. Upgrade your common sense along with your skills, follow the demand, and pivot. At any experience level, complaining won't get you hired. The choice is yours.

imagine the new graduates how much pressure are they going to handle which is that new job market that is going to give job to them, if AI is going to capture all the jobs what is the end?, there need to be a saturation point for AI also...

AI is too much of hype they are not considering the time it takes to validate the AI output, most of the cases it is junk, things should turn around...
