Dude - you do such a great job explaining this stuff. Excellent work as always my man . . .

Banger video!

Genuinely an incredibly well distilled breakdown of the situation and the bill warren proposed.

She is actually right in 1 aspect. Private equity does buy these companies, piece them out, cut jobs, and run the buisness into the ground by increasing shareholders value over future viability of said company. You're wrong on this one. Maybe do more than surface level research

On your preferred change: won't the relative desprioritisation of repayments to lenders get priced into their terms somehow? Seems like priority would make them more willing to lend and vice versa. Does that mean fewer of these deals happen? (And is that bad?)

1) great video 2) employee claims sit in the middle of the priority stack, above unsecured creditors. The fix you suggest is already in place 3) it doesn’t make sense to put them higher. Analogy: If a person dies, they use the assets to pay the mortgage THEN distribute the rest

Do you think she realizes what her retirement plan is backed by?

Spot on analysis as usual

You vids deserve more traction
Dude - you are doing the Lord’s work. Keep it up. Your account will go viral one day.

The core principle of the left is being obtuse.

People like this will always get in and out of power, that is why our government was never supposed to have the level of power over the citizens it has now. We should strive to privatize everything the government claims we need them for. Education would be a priority

Walmart and Target are basically Toys R Us Except better in every way because you can buy things other than toys.

Another politician that has never did anything but talk . What a joke was a teacher using a false minority narrative. She used lies to get work . How can anyone believe her . Saying she was a native Indian.

private-equity firm buys a company, loads debt onto it, then has the company borrow more to pay the owners a dividend. The owners extract cash upfront; the company carries the repayment burden. Bankruptcy can follow, though that alone doesn’t establish it was deliberately planned

If a company takes out a loan to buy equipment, it doesn’t make sense to pay the employees before the creditors to that equipment It’s like if shortly before you die, you take out a car loan, then the kids expect to sell the car, take a share, and pay nothing on the loan

Isn’t that how it should be if you own a company and the company goes bankrupt you are responsible for that debt

i dont know much about this stuff but intuitively just because the firm lost money doesnt mean individuals in management didnt walk away with a lot of cash. investor money has strings attached while the money recuperated from management fees doesnt.

They do run them into the ground. It’s happens over and over and over again. You think that PE cares about paying back the loans they take? Or the market? Those people are international what do they care. Buy barrow die…

Yes, they are. That’s exactly what they do.

Almost had no notes. But at the end you imply that Republicans say no to this bill because of the bad parts about it. Republicans are actually agents of Satan, so make sure you remember that for your next video
