Okay, so you made the outfit in a 3D software first, right? So like, what’s the process from that to here?

I throw the model into pepakura to turn it into foam patterns, then I make parts from said patterns, wrap them in pvc leather, then put them together

Cool effect, very robotic-like joints make me think there could be cosplay mimicking real life sized action figures.

Now all you need is a white bodysuit :3
