Is that little man on the traffic light not red throughout this footage? Call me old school, and I know the new law on priorities, but traffic weaving on red is roll-the-dice time, no?

So red lights no longer apply to cyclists now? The sooner they bring in licences and penalty points for cyclist the better. Half of you will be off the road within six months.
