A Bolt driver has shared a disturbing experience where a male passenger allegedly attempted to sexually harass him while driving. After issuing a warning that was ignored, the driver admitted to physically assaulting the passenger. Consequently, the passenger reported the incident to Bolt, resulting in the driver's account being suspended.

🇬🇭 A female Bolt driver has recounted how she lost GH₵80 on a trip that was initially priced at GH₵120. According to her, she picked up a passenger from Kwabenya to Teshie based on the original fare. However, after completing the trip, she realized the amount had been reduced to just GH₵40. When she questioned the passenger, the woman explained that her son had ordered the ride on her behalf. Upon further probing, the driver discovered that the son had used a newly registered SIM card to create a Bolt account, which significantly reduced the fare. The driver added that she was so hurt and disappointed that she couldn’t even bring herself to remove the woman’s belongings from the car, leaving the elderly passenger to do it herself.
