I’m probably one of the only Teslanaires out there, if not one of the very few, still cutting my own hair. I cut my own hair again today, and it reminded me that becoming a multi-millionaire usually isn’t a random coincidence. People see the $ and think it just happened. What they usually don’t see are the small habits behind it. Of course, I could go spend $25–$50 on a haircut that probably looks better than the one I give myself. But that’s not really what matters to me. I don’t care that much about looking perfect. I care about controlling my time. I care about staying grounded. I care about keeping the kind of habits that helped me build wealth in the first place. And honestly, I enjoy doing it. I’ve been cutting my own hair for so many years that I don’t even think about going to the barber anymore. It’s just normal to me now. It saves time, keeps me frugal, and reminds me that wealth is usually built in the small choices nobody claps for. That’s the part people miss. A lot of people see wealth and assume it was luck. But a lot of the time, it’s really the result of small disciplined habits repeated for years. Not wasting $ just bc you can. Not wasting time just bc other people do. And the funny part is, one day my fleet of Tesla Bots will probably be doing it for me anyway. But until then, I’m good doing it myself. Bc to me, being wealthy was never about trying to look rich. It was about building a mindset. A mindset that values time, discipline, and freedom more than appearances. And once you really live that way, it shows up in a lot of things, even something as simple as cutting your own hair.

When I lived in Dallas, I did most of my climbing on an old grain silo. I was a fish out of water. Here’s the uncomfortable truth about where you live: You can build a good life anywhere. I made the best of a concrete jungle for 20 years. BUT You’ll never have a *great* life if you’re swimming against the current. There’s an old saying: “Wherever you go, there you are.” It’s meant to imply that happiness is found within, not from your environment. I beg to differ. It’s both. Environment DOES matter. Living in your happy place CAN make life better. Naval says that the three biggest decisions are: 1) Who you’re with 2) What you do 3) Where you live Here’s what’s odd: Most people are deliberate about the first two. We date around, we explore different careers, and *choose* the partner and job that fits us best. And when it doesn’t work out, we’ll make the hard decision to pivot. But when it comes to place, most people don’t choose anything—they live where they live by default, not by design. The thought of moving conjures our worst fears. So we rationalize staying put. (Ask me how I know.) When I finally moved to Boulder (in my late 40s), everything clicked. A good life became a great life. I still pinch myself. Here’s my advice: 1) Find your happy place. 2) Find a way to (eventually) get there. Living where you want isn’t a birthright, it’s a privilege that is earned over time. It might take years or—as in my case—decades. It’s never easy and there are always complicating factors. But one thing’s for sure: You’ll never get there if you don’t make a choice at all.

Just weeks ago I considered this to be a map of Superchargers. The foundation that made EV’s a going concern for the first time. But it’s not. These dots represent fully permitted and built power stations in an era where every AI player is trying to figure out how to get power for compute. This is the largest electrical power moat I’ve ever seen that can fully supply current and future charging needs while collecting and storing cheaper power during off-peak to supply an AI revolution. Elon doesn’t care who knows anymore. 2nd place is… crumbs. AWS was built from excess server space needed during peak demand. Now it’s bigger and more valuable than the core Amazon retail business. Tesla is about to drop a hardware smackdown right in the face of software engineers. AI prototypes are easy. Scaling is hard. If only Tesla had a factory pouring out millions of chips each year that are underutilized 95% of the time. Each with their own battery storage. Imagine that. Tesla could call them ‘cars’. And that power moat? It’s all fully upgradable. It’s primed to be tripled. Only a handful of Tesla charging stations currently have solar and/or Megapacks. For 14 years Tesla has permitted and built the gas stations of the future around the world. Everyone said it would fail. All of them were wrong. And now Tesla is in a process of creating a possible 10x value stamp on those stations that should have never been built. It makes you wonder, When a vehicle now leaves the Tesla factory; how do we even begin to calculate the economic production that it will generate during its lifetime? It’s a Robotaxi, energy storage, and a fully sealed/cooled compute processor. They may as well start shitting gold out of a tailpipe.

Today I had my first demo drive in a Tesla. It was also my first time ever sitting in one. This was the first car I’ve ever sat in the driver’s seat of where I didn’t touch the steering wheel for over 20 miles. Before I even got to the car, the people who had demoed it before me were an older married couple who were absolutely euphoric. They thought it was so cool that the car could drive itself. The Tesla employee told me this happens all the time. People come back from demo drives and tell the next test driver that they’re about to have an amazing experience. Little did I know, I’d end up carrying on the torch to the next couple demoing it after me. There was a ton of construction where I demoed the car, and FSD handled the entire drive extremely well. And yes, it can go through a drive-thru and stop at each window. The only thing I had to do was tap the pedal because it wouldn’t leave on its own, but it was still wild seeing the AI stop perfectly at the second window and wait. There are a million things I could write about why a Tesla feels like a better car and how much more it offers compared to a regular car. But for now, I’ll stick to FSD. There were only two moments that made me a little uneasy. The first was pretty minor. The car slightly hesitated going up a driveway, but quickly made up its mind. The second was more noticeable. I didn’t realize the car was nagging me. Once I touched the steering wheel, nothing happened, so I pulled it right a little harder, then let go. After that, the car turned left and crossed a double yellow on a backroad. (and yes I know you can sue the volume knob) I’m not totally sure if it was trying to pull over or what it was doing. I wanted to see how it would handle the situation, but there were cars coming, so I took over and corrected it. One of the coolest moments was when I thought FSD was glitching because it came to a complete stop in the middle of a busy road. Then I looked around and realized why. On the right side, there was a bicyclist waiting at a yellow crosswalk. The cars behind me didn’t honk, and the Tesla stopping actually incentivized another car in the right lane to stop and let him pass. The car is almost too nice to pedestrians, because 99.999% of humans would’ve blown through that, especially with no flashing light. For 99.9% of the drive, the car navigated confidently and smoothly. It was a real “feel the AGI” moment. Please do not let the media, the general public, or anyone else convince you that this technology is just some kind of auto assist or glorified cruise control. This is undoubtedly getting extremely close to feeling superhuman. You still have to pay attention to the road, but after experiencing it myself, I’d be shocked if HW4 Teslas aren’t unsupervised within the next couple years. The car was extremely smooth. There was no harsh braking, and it even avoided something in the road that I didn’t see. Driving with FSD made me realize I probably wasn’t driving as well as I could be. Hopefully, eventually, everyone’s car can be as mindful as a Tesla. I’ve never seen a brand so far removed from the public’s sentiment. I’m so happy I ordered one.

Your baby needs a little tummy time daily. Yesterday I wrote about crawling, noting that with sleep recommendations now (wisely) advising infants sleep only on their backs, babies are spending less and less time in a downward facing position - making it all the more important that parents build well supervised tummy time into their daily routines. Tummy time has many benefits. Primary among them, it strengthens the back, neck and arm muscles that help with holding up the head, rolling over, sitting and crawling. It also helps to decrease the incidence of flat spots on the back of your baby’s head. And it can help relieve gas and constipation, just to name a few. You can begin short, supervised periods of tummy time as soon as your child is born. These earliest sessions often begin on mom’s chest - but can be done on other safe surfaces as well. Begin with 2-3 minutes at a time and work your way up. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends increasing the frequency and duration of these sessions to the point your baby spends a total of 20-30 minutes a day by the time your baby is 7 weeks old. Be forewarned that, especially early on, tummy time is a workout (and therefore not always well liked by some children) - but with time and experience will help to develop the muscle strength your newborn lacks. AI just hit a wall that no amount of money can move. The planet itself. There is not enough power, water, or land on Earth to build the data centers the AI race now demands. So the most valuable bet in artificial intelligence is no longer a chip company or a model. It is a rocket company. The plan is to leave. In January, SpaceX filed with the FCC to launch up to 1 million solar-powered data center satellites into orbit. In February it bought xAI, the maker of Grok, folding an entire frontier AI lab into a rocket company in the largest corporate merger ever recorded. On June 8 it unveiled the AI1, a compute satellite with a 70-meter wingspan, wider than a Boeing 747, powered by the sun, cooled by the vacuum of space, and wired to the ground through Starlink. Four days later it went public in the largest IPO in history, near 1.77 trillion dollars, touched 2.1 trillion on its first day, raised close to 86 billion, and made one man the first trillionaire alive. Now read the direction of that merger, because it is the whole story. A rocket company bought the AI lab. Not the reverse. For three years everyone assumed the constraint on AI was chips, or data, or talent. It is none of them anymore. It is energy and heat and dirt. The head of Anthropic said his company grew faster than the exponential, 80 times in a single year, and that is exactly why it ran out of compute. The answer was not to build more data centers in Virginia. It was to leave the atmosphere, where the sun never sets and a solar panel does five times the work. The moat in artificial intelligence is no longer the model. It is the launch. And the first rent is already being paid. A rival lab, Anthropic, is reported to be sending roughly 1.25 billion dollars a month to Musk for compute. Google near 920 million. If intelligence moves to orbit, the company that owns the only affordable road there becomes the landlord of the next layer of the internet, the way one bookstore became the landlord of the cloud. The merger is the proof of concept. The IPO is the war chest. Those monthly checks are the lease. Here is the part the price tag does not want you to read. Close to a trillion dollars of that valuation rests on orbital data centers that do not yet exist, and on a chip factory, Terafab, that SpaceX's own public filing calls a general framework with no binding deal, one that may not achieve commercial viability. Musk said it on camera. This is not a promise. The largest IPO ever written is priced on a future the filing itself cannot verify. The other side is just as real. Compute in orbit costs about four times what it costs on the ground today, and the curve may not cross for fifteen years. The machines that print the chips are backordered for years. Shedding heat in a vacuum at this scale has never been done. Musk's timelines have a long history of meaning later. And Bezos is racing the same orbit with a constellation of 51,600 satellites of his own. But strip it all away and the trade underneath is one sentence. Earth has run out of room for intelligence, and whoever owns the road off the planet owns whatever gets built next. Call it the most expensive science fiction ever sold, or the first time the map of the internet pointed up.

Black African “migrants”, illegals, economic opportunists, whatever fashionable euphemism the Brussels set prefers this week, hurling a shopping trolley off an overpass onto a busy EU highway, straight into the path of lorries and cars doing seventy. One wrong twitch, one split-second of distraction, and that’s families obliterated, drivers turned into statistics. What the hell are they playing at? This isn’t some jolly misunderstanding between cultures. This is raw contempt for the society that’s been forced to accommodate them. They don’t care. Not about the lives below, not about the rules of any civilised order, not about the country that’s given them sanctuary they never earned. They treat the infrastructure of Europe like their personal playground for mischief and malice. A shopping cart becomes a weapon. Next time it’ll be a breeze block, or worse. And the authorities? They’ll wring their hands, mutter about “integration challenges,” and carry on importing more. This is the death rattle of multiculturalism, laid bare for anyone still pretending it works. We were told diversity would enrich us, vibrant new neighbours bringing “spice” to our streets and innovation to our economies. What we got instead was parallel societies, no-go zones, and now this: deliberate sabotage of the arteries that keep a nation moving. The native peoples of these islands, and of the continent, built these motorways, these bridges, these societies. We maintained the peace, the trust, the high-trust order that lets strangers pass each other without calculating escape routes. Mass immigration from incompatible places has shattered that. It has imported low-trust, high-violence mindsets that see our generosity as weakness to be exploited. England and the British Isles don’t need lectures on tolerance from people who’d never tolerate this in their own ancestral homelands. We need to put our own first, our safety, our culture, our children’s future. End the experiment that’s bleeding us dry and endangering our people. No more excuses. How much more do the decent, law-abiding natives have to endure before the political class admits the bleeding obvious: diversity, as practised, has failed. Catastrophically. I genuinely think the Terafab is going to end up being one of the biggest moves ever made in human history to secure the future of AI... and I think most people still don’t fully see what Elon is trying to do here. The signs are clear to me. This is Tesla, xAI, and SpaceX essentially hinting to us that they are not going to wait on the world to give them the compute the team needs. They are going to build it themselves at a scale no one has ever attempted. When you really break it down, it gets a bit nutty. This is going to be a fully vertically integrated chip factory that will be producing over 1 terawatt of AI compute per year. This is NEXT LEVEL BIG. Today, AI is limited by chips. You can have the best models, the best engineers, the best everything... but if you don’t have enough compute, you will eventually hit a wall. Elon told us, the world can only supply a tiny fraction of the chips his companies will need. So this is the solution. Terafab puts everything under one roof like design, manufacturing, memory, packaging, testing, which means that they can build chips very fast.. like really fast. I'm talking about 100-200 billion custom AI chips per year at full capacity. Chips designed specifically for: • Tesla cars and Optimus robots • xAI models • Space-based compute You see, while other companies and CEOs are thinking Earth, Elon is planning for AI in space. Around ~80% of the compute is expected to go orbital, powered by solar energy bc Earth simply doesn’t have enough electricity. The U.S. grid is only about ~0.5 terawatts, while space has basically UNLIMITED energy if you can capture it. And this is the steps to get it: Starship launches → space compute → solar-powered AI → feeds back into everything to Earth. Bro... Elon and his companies are playing at a whole different level... And this is why I keep telling people that the Terafab is going to be the secret ingredient that will be the real unlock for everything: • Robotaxis at scale • Billions of Optimus robots • Massive AI models running 24/7 • Future off-world, other planet infrastructure Without these chips, none of this can happen... but with the Terafab, all of this becomes possible. The largest theft in history has already happened. The people behind it just cannot open what they stole yet. Right now, intelligence agencies and criminal groups are quietly copying the world's encrypted data, bank records, medical files, state secrets, private messages, and storing every byte untouched. They cannot read any of it. They are collecting it anyway, because they know the key is about to be invented. The strategy has a name, harvest now, decrypt later, and in 2026 it stopped being theory. Washington declared this the Year of Quantum Security in January, backed by the FBI, the NSA, and NIST. Canada ordered every federal agency to file a migration plan by April. Europe set its deadline for December. Governments do not impose operational deadlines on a someday problem. They do it when the clock is already running. Here is what moved the clock. Every password, every transfer, every secret on Earth is protected by one assumption, that a certain math problem is too hard to solve. Quantum computers solve exactly that problem. For years the machine that could do it looked decades away. Then in late 2025 Google's Willow chip cracked the hardest part of building one, and in March 2026 Google's own researchers estimated that breaking the encryption behind Bitcoin might take fewer than 500,000 qubits, down from 20 million, and could run in minutes. The day this becomes real has a name, Q-Day, and the latest estimates place it between 2030 and 2033. Now make it concrete. Roughly 6.5 million Bitcoin, about a third of every coin that will ever exist, worth close to 500 billion dollars, sit in addresses that have already exposed the very key a quantum computer needs. That includes the coins of Satoshi, the anonymous creator. On Q-Day they become, in the researchers' own word, trivially stealable. It would not look like a crash or a whale selling. It would look like half a trillion dollars of the most secure money ever built simply walking out the door. The asset designed to trust no one and no institution turns out to rest on a single unverified bet, that one math problem stays hard forever. This is what sits beneath the entire digital world. A bank balance, a Bitcoin, a classified cable, all of it is real only because of a proof you supposedly cannot forge. Quantum breaks the proof. Everything we call secure is true only until someone finally checks, and for the first time the check is visible on the horizon. You cannot know whether your data has already been copied. You cannot know the exact day the key arrives. The trust holding up the digital age is a clock counting down to a zero no one can see. The honest counter matters. No machine on Earth can break this encryption today, and serious cryptographers still argue the real threat is a decade or more away. The timeline is far from certain. Quantum-safe codes already exist, the migration has started, and Bitcoin can move its coins to safety before Q-Day if it acts in time. The danger is not that everything breaks tomorrow. It is that anything which must stay secret into the 2030s, a state secret, an identity, a private key, is being stolen today and is already on the clock. The breach is not coming. An incredibly rare situation as Imelda and Humberto *merge* in the Northwest Atlantic – two active hurricanes combining into one larger, more powerful hurricane! On Tuesday morning, Humberto and Imelda were separated by just 476.4 miles – second place to the record for closest Atlantic hurricanes. (Two hurricanes in 1853 made it to within 428 miles of one another). When hurricanes pass within 800 or 900 miles of each other, they interact in a rare dance called the "Fujiwhara." Basically, they dance around each other. Humberto was initially a much stronger hurricane. Over the weekend, it yanked Imelda eastward. That technically means that a hurricane helped spare the U.S. a strike from another hurricane! How ironic and bizarre is that!? But now Imelda is the stronger hurricane. It has winds of 90 mph, and Humberto's winds are at 80 mph. In the next couple days, Imelda will ingest Humberto's vorticity, or spin, and the two low pressure systems will fold into one larger, more powerful low over the northwest Atlantic. It will probably retain hurricane-strength winds, and it's likely the Hurricane Center will allow Imelda to keep its name! The Fujiwhara effect has happened before – iconic examples of the Fujiwhara dance were observed with Odette and Seroja in the Indian Ocean in 2021, or Hilary and Irwin in the eastern Pacific in 2017. The Fujiwhara effect happens with atmospheric vortices of all scales. For nontropical (midlatitude) cyclones to be influenced by each other’s presence and interact, they need to be within about 1,500 to 2,000 miles. Their interaction becomes more intense once they’re within about 1,200 miles. Hurricanes are smaller, so that threshold is smaller. But even tornadoes orbit one another in Fujiwhara-like interactions! When a storm spawns multiple tornadoes simultaneously, the twisters tend to swirl around each other in a counterclockwise fashion. In fact, that happens regularly with what’s called cyclical tornadogenesis, or the process by which rotating supercells produce successive tornadoes. A dying twister is tugged ahead of its successor, then swirled left (north) into the rain and hail where it’s stretched into oblivion. As its predecessor dissipates, the new, stout tornado matures and begins tracing its large counterclockwise path. These handoffs can happen every 15 or 20 minutes in powerhouse thunderstorms. The Fujiwhara effect can even manifest within individual tornadoes. Most tornadoes contain smaller whirlwinds called subvortices. They last a few seconds each, and whip around the parent funnel. Individual subvortices can locally enhance the parent tornado’s wind field, leading to narrow swaths of extreme destruction. That’s why one home might be obliterated while a neighboring structure escapes unscathed
