And after all this disruption, there has been no increase to the construction budget in five years. No clear path to approval. And growing concerns about whether this project is even viable. It didn’t have to be this way…

UPDATE | ~10,000 Canadians signed a Parliamentary Petition asking the Canadian govt to order a new inquiry into the 1985 Air India bombing, including, for the first time, the possible role of Indian foreign interference. Zuhair Kashmeri & Brian McAndrew, two Canadian journalists with the The Globe and Mail & Toronto Star respectively, wrote Soft Target in 1989, a book about the incident, where they found that Canadian intelligence officials believed India may have had a role in the bombings. The WSO attempted to call Kashmeri as a witnesses during the 2006-2010 John C. Major Commission of Inquiry into the Investigation of the Bombing of Air India Flight 182. The request was denied as the Terms of Reference for that inquiry did not include looking into who was responsible for the bombing, including any links to the Government of India. A copy of the Inquiry's decision is included with this tweet. RCMP shared earlier this year that their investigations into the incident remain active and ongoing.

But unfortunately migrants have taken control of this area to live here but which is still under construction. The national gendarmerie intervened directly & succeeded in record time in evacuating around a hundred people for the safety of the population & will be judged as quickly as possible.
