@hosseeb Wow kudos to @hosseeb for an incredibly good argument! Completely dominating the debate. Though I have to agree with Naval in one thing. There is no way aligning AGI. Only way for us to survive is to never create any AGI at all. We don't need it. And most ppl do not want it!

@hosseeb Excellent discussion. @DavidDeutschOxf’s concept of universal knowledge creation appears to be the key concept being excellently and relevantly articulated here.

‘Most people are not intelligent, they’re just consumers’. One consequence of believing in the spectrum view of intelligence is you come to see vast swathes of the population as mindless non entities going about their day “consuming” like feral cats. It’s wrong and dehumanising.
