BUT, if the front side groin is tight, the lead leg will just drag the pelvis open which is a much slower version of pelvic rotation To get around this, some guys land in a valgus position (Knee Caved in) on the front leg since you don’t need full Adductor Range of Motion to do this. And Some step across body which can also work around this. This Test / Exercise To see how your groin affects your pelvis, hold your knee out while performing this exercise. You will know immediately if this affects you or not! 👊

6/ Now the next two videos will focus on the IDF rifles. Being a nighttime gunfight, the IDF soldiers would have used suppressors (silencers) as well as NV goggles to allow them to see clearly even in total darkness. When you hear the sound of rifles using silencers, you can hear what sounds like clicking sounds rather than typical gunfire. And you hear that clicking so clearly throughout this video. To understand what I mean by clicking, the following two videos will show this. This first video shows a shooter at a range firing an IMI Galil rifle with suppressor. The IDF use the 5.56 NATO rounds as standard with their rifles.

One of the things I can literally do all day is watch planes land and take off. I initially wanted to study aeronautical engineering but no school in Nigeria that I knew of then offered it. Think about the Airbus A380 for a minute. It’s 5-story building tall, longer than six standard school buses lined up bumper to bumper, can carry up to 850 passengers and holds 320,000 liters of fuel. Yet, this giant will defy gravity and just take off with ease, as if nature has suspended its laws. And then traverse the skies for hours upon hours, crossing oceans and timezones, before landing on a runway with predictable accuracy. Mind boggling. For centuries, experts thought man could never fly. But some people believed, and persisted, and brick by brick, they laid the foundations that made flight possible. Yes, there’s the law of gravity, but there’s also the law of lift, which can override gravity, thanks to Bernoulli’s principle. Your job is to create the conditions that will let your dreams defy gravity. You are meant to soar. If a 610,000 lb machine can fly, your dreams are not too big to get off the ground. You can achieve the impossible. Frames 1-3, a few of videos I took recently at Los Angeles airport (LAX)

📲 You can also now import external photos into your gallery on Photo AI, not just ones you generated Then you can do anything with those external pics as you'd normally do, like [ Make video ] or [ Upscale ] etc. Here's a pic of me and Beff – e/acc which I then [ AI Edit ] to put us in a futuristic GPU factory The new AI edit model Flux Kontext is great but even that one still has some problems with maintaining resemblance, I think once models let us add a reference pic (esp for video) it will maintain faces better, but it's already pretty cool (and fast thanks to fal!)

But the U.S. will also never just move the military out of the Gulf; it’s needed as forward bases toward Asia and to project power in the region. That’s a no-go issue for both, to some extent … but technically the U.S. can accept Iran owning enriched uranium with frequent inspections. So, unless the war is fought out to the end … no deal on this I’d say.

WINDOWS // NYC is an interwoven city that we will all build out together. There are three collections that all interconnect, windows, buildings, and the city itself. Here is exactly how this will unfold with Transient Labs on Tuesday, June 16th. 🏢🏢🏢🏢🏢 BUILDINGS are generative grids of windows, assembled through an onchain seed derived from Ethereum block data and each work’s token ID, creating distinct sizes and layouts. My collectors, friends and family, and limited partner communities can mint these BUILDINGS before public at 0.015Ξ This presale window is FCFS will last two hours (12 NOON EST to 2 PM EST) All remaining supply will go to public at 0.018Ξ after the presale ends. Supply is 1/1/4000 total buildings, each grid is completely unique, and some have very special qualities :) 🪟🪟🪟🪟🪟 Individual windows are 1/1/1000, and each mint is one single window. This is gated at first to my existing collectors, max mint 50 windows per wallet. "Mega Man X5 Improvement Project Addendum" is about to become "Mega Man X5 Tweaks." Long overdue. The first release aims to make most changes from the Addendum project available individually, including those additional "hex editor" options that some of you might have missed entirely. And everything I've been working on for the past couple of years: 🤖 Armor sprites displayed by Parts (the big one) 🤖 Special Weapons (regular and charged) available for all Armors 🤖 Boss Parameters (Health Bars, Leveling System options, damage and speed values for select moves, and reduced idle times) And a few localization choices that previously were impossible to mix and match: All the English scripts we've gone through: 🤖 Original PS1 version 🤖 Original PS1 + MMXLC2 changes (what we had up to v1.5) 🤖 Retranslation (what we've had since v1.6), now available with either the new or the original font And also: 🤖 Japanese, with all the necessary graphics changes included ...And a bunch of Title Screen options. Why not. The GUI is still a work in progress, obviously, but it's growing daily. I might include a couple of extra things too. The important thing is that every issue under the hood that prevented this from being possible from the start has already been solved. See you soonnn

Back in mid October, my wife woke up at 2am to what sounded like gunfire after someone came into our culdesac, which is in the middle of nowhere, and turned a trash can near our electrical box into an IED. We know all our neighbors. There’s even law enforcement across the street. This wasn’t anyone’s garbage they were careless with. Someone had thrown aerosol cans and unopened cans of beans and Dr Pepper in there along with full rolls of toilet paper and an accelerant. It ended up melting the asphalt. The following two nights, my dogs were going crazy after someone kept trying to jump the fence. I was not home at the time. I was away working. So I had to come home and post up. The Sheriff surmised what I suspected. It was likely some sort of targeting. Why? I’m involved in a lot of stuff. Some of it makes it on social media, and some doesn’t. Political campaigning, investigations and counter human trafficking. Any of those can invite unwanted guests. Moral of the story is taking a stand against evil and corruption in this nation is not going to go unpunished. Things are escalating. You WILL put a target on yourself if you speak out, and the more successful you are, the more attention you’ll draw. Pray, read your Bible, and arm yourself spiritually. Simultaneously fortify your home, talk to your neighbors, and get comfortable having a gun on you/near you at all times.
