Gorelal Yadav tried to encroach on govt land in Sultanpur by constructing a chabootra and holding a religious event there. After a joint team of revenue and police officials arrived at the spot to halt the illegal construction, Gorelal Yadav himself threw away the prasad and bhandara materials, and subsequently issued inflammatory statements claiming Thakurs stopped them from holding the Janmashtami event and raising slogans like "Sanatan Dharma murdabad." Gorelal found support in Akhilesh Yadav, who tweeted in his favor. This is strange! For someone claiming to be a devotee of Lord Krishna, backing a man screaming "Sanatan Dharma murdabad" is as hypocritical as it gets, especially when Lord Krishna himself defined Sanatan Dharma in the Bhagavad Gita as the eternal, righteous duty of the soul. Defending this hostility is a direct insult to the deity he pretends to revere. But this isn't an anomaly; it's party doctrine. A political faction built on lawlessness will always shield those demonizing Sanatan, whether echoing Stalin’s "disease" narrative or backing land mafias on the ground.
