GEORGE FENTANYL FLOYD HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH UK POLICING Kemi Badenoch is absolutely right. In around 2020/21 the national police Chiefs Council and College of Policing published a Police Race Action Plan. The foreword on page 2, signed off by Chief Constable Sir David Thompson QPM DL and Chief Constable Andy Marsh QPM literally quotes the George Floyd incident as a: ..catalyst for the expression of deep concerns about the social injustice experienced by Black people. This was the same in the UK. Although this was a wider expression against societal injustice, it was about policing. They also mention Stephen Lawrence’s murder in London in 1993 and the 1998 Stephen Lawrence Inquiry by Sir William Macpherson and how that was a "seismic moment in policing’s history". They say: The collective failure of an organisation to provide an appropriate and professional service to people because of their colour, culture or ethnic origin. It can be seen or detected in processes, attitudes and behaviour which amount to discrimination through unwitting prejudice, ignorance, thoughtlessness and racial stereotyping.” Imagine that, Cheif Police Constables actually talking about policing "unwitting prejudice, ignorance, thoughtlessness and racial stereotyping". They are literally talking about policing and retraining peoples 'unconscious biases'. This DEI shit has to go. Here is a link to that document...
