Healing skin scrubs are the most effective when they are made with freshly ground seeds, roots, and grains. I have a small electric herb grinder that I freshly milled the oats, flax, licorice root in. This herb can enhance collagen production and circulation within the skin making it a perfect herb to help heal eczema. Rosehip oil goes into all of my eczema supporting recipes. It loaded with vitamin C and E, protects the skin from oxidative stress, and soothes irritated skin. Raw honey moisturizes, protects, and helps to seal the skin. Raw honey can be applied directly to eczema flareups to calm and heal the skin. Apply 3-4 times a week.
