@BRUCEREELOY Not really. She modified Nintendo hardware. In the new terms, they could remotely brick her switch and she couldn't really do anything about it.

The second the cover is opened it voids the warranty and I bet any amount of money that Nintendo could use that as their angle. You gotta remember that this is the same company that sued some modder and won. I think the payout was $15 or so in favor of Nintendo, a company worth over $13 TRILLION dollars. Different PSUs can give different watts, depending on their capability. One power supply can give 100 watts and the other one can give 1000 watts. Guess which one will drain more electricity? 😛
