Those who find this nauseating and call it a circus, are the ones who want to see the culture, religion and traditions of Indic people die. They are not upset because a lot of money is being spent on the wedding. They are upset because the wedding is too Indic/Hindu for their comfort. They fear that other rich and influential people would start imitating the Ambanis and would flaunt their Hindu culture. They fear that white weddings would no longer be favoured. They fear the Hindus would assert their identity without guilt, shame or embarrassment. And that is why they find it nauseating.
