This is the quality of debate that unfolded this afternoon in Zimbabwe’s Parliament as MPs debated the controversial Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3, which seeks to extend Mnangagwa’s term of office to 2030. It was a bootlicking festival led by the President’s most enthusiastic sycophants.
