Thank God for idiots who stand on the brink of danger and get video. Otherwise I would have no idea how insanely dangerous this was from the safety of my bathroom. Bravo champion, bravo.

They're lucky the side they were standing on didn't go too.

Me: "Neat, those big outcroppings are falling into the pit... OH MY GOD"

ive never seen that much earth move before omg

Wow did not expect it to swallow up those 80ft trees like that

i thought it's gonna be this part only not expecting the whole mountain behind it collapsed too????

I was going to say the camera man had one job but nvm

Thats was a lot bigger than I expected. I thought it was just going to be a tiny sectional falling.

First one : Oh it's not that bad Second : cool cascade effect Whole mountain : Holy fuck! RUN!!!

Delved too greedily. Delved too deep.

Appears to be around here: Marble mining is the local industry and these collapses happen from time to time with lives lost. Thankfully not this time.

My mountain fell apart Saar!!!!!

Amazing how quickly a solid can turn into a fluid.

The sound it was making in the first seconds of the video would have had me sprinting in the opposite direction, dropping phones etc. crazy

It's enough to make you lose your marble

Damn I never thought I’d see something like that I didn’t even know nature could do that

Holy shit!!

Holy FUCKING SHIT. I never seen anything like that in my life

A ton of these videos are loaded with AI.

Out of a fucking movie. I’d hope I’d run away in time. Holy shit!

Makrana is town in India where the Taj Mahal white marble, calcite stone, is from.

At what point is it no longer just the cliffside collapsing

I’m sure the mining operations had absolutely no incidence in this

They clearly don’t understand quarry geology. The natural grain lines (bedding planes) in these massive rock faces run parallel to the open pit wall. When water pressure builds up inside the mountain, it shears the rock mass apart along those planes and completely undercuts the stability of the face.

Geology: Nothing happens for thousands of years... Then a lot happens in just a few moments.

I was expecting one of the weird wall things to fall down, then I saw multiple fall and I was like "oh so it's the 3 things, cool" then my jaw drolled

They mined too deep and unleashed the Balrog.

Delved too greedily and too deep. Classic move.

"Oh that's not so bad— JESUS"

Good, very good.... These zombies are ripping ofgf mother earth, piece by piece, inch by inch, for some petty money..... There houses will also be buried by mother earth

Let me tell you where I would not be standing

Holy shit that pressure. The entire world felt that one

Bro is wearing flipflops standing right on the edge & their reaction times are so slow. 😩😂 They’re lucky it was the other side that fell & not the ground they stood on… 😮💨
