They told them about their living situation and the officer came back to the car and said "Remember to lean on Him. Behind every dark cloud there is a silver lining." According to their fundraising page “On June 3rd, our lives were turned upside down. After coming home, we discovered animal droppings throughout our house. As we investigated further, we found a possum inside the home and a large, gaping hole in our kitchen floor.
