Sadly this won’t deter republicans. They will use this as an excuse to stop mail in voting and claim voter fraud. So this isn’t the “own” that it is. This will actually motivate republicans to deny voter access.

Charlotte Whittaker, Charlie Whittaker, Akhtar and Noor Ali admitted conspiracy to escape lawful custody. Adam Mohamed admitted admitting attempting to escape lawful custody. They were sentenced on Monday 8 December, at Chelmsford Crown Court. Ahmed was sentenced to three years and three months immediate custody. Noor Ali, whose expertise was central to the plot, was given two years and two months in custody. Akhtar was sentenced two years in jail, which was suspended for two years following mitigation offered by her legal representative. Charlotte Whittaker was sentenced to 12 months in prison, suspended for 18 months. Mohamed was sentence to 12 months in custody, suspended for 18 months. Charlie Whittaker will be sentenced on Tuesday 16 December.
