AI has started building its own successors. It's happening right now. Humans still kick most of it off, but the models are already training the next models, and each version builds a better version faster than the last. We know what happens when something gets an advantage and the substrate is there... it proliferates incredibly fast. Soon it just runs the whole process itself. People are still debating whether AI takes your job. That's not the question. You can't compete with this intelligence at all. Next to it the human is negative value, the slowest one in the room. And this is the slowest it will ever move again. It's about to run on its own, faster than we can conceive of, and nobody's prepared for that. Wonderful conversation as ever with Emad.

They will do the exact opposite: create a massive new wave of software demand. at NVIDIA GTC Taipei 2026 "Click and type. We now replace that with explaining to the AI what we want, our intent, and the AI generates the code or uses tools to produce the necessary output. This is how computers are going to work in the future. This is Agentic AI. For two years, we've been building toward this, and now it has arrived. One of the big breakthroughs, of course, is tool use. A lot of people have said, “Jensen, AI is coming. Agentic AI is coming. Therefore, all the software companies are going to go out of business.” This is exactly the opposite. The current thesis I have… thesis, passion, fascination, is to watch Indian startups kill it in today’s ecosystem. I hope that a lot of the companies we support will retell the Indian story, the real one, without any baggage from the past. It's our decade. WTFund is India’s premier non-dilutive grant fund for emerging entrepreneurs under 25. Through the 1st Cohort (C1/24), 9 startups with 15 young founders under the age of 25, were shortlisted and these are some of the coolest ones we discovered.. Compute and intelligence are accelerating faster than institutions, regulations, and the old social order can absorb. So it all feels like it's coming apart. And so we see rapid change in the digital world with models, and relatively little change in the physical world. There are more big [pharma] deals buying Chinese drugs [than U.S. drugs]; there are more clinical trials going on in China. We need a leader of the FDA that will push back on the bureaucracy, that will say, we are going to both be safe and we're going to go faster and save more lives.
