A company is nothing without its employees. That’s why it’s so important for businesses to focus on the well-being of their team.

That is why I stayed with @TMobile because of you John! I know I am not the only one saying this but your successor @MikeSievert can use some lesson from you. You made T-Mobile #theUncarrier we know. But after you left, a lot of us can tell the difference. Just being honest!

Apparently your successor didn't learn this important lesson from you.

You are beyond a shadow of doubt the best leader ever. You should be screaming that from the mountain tops. To many let the position go to their head and they have to have the employee under their thumb. There's a reason why you are so successful!!

But why do so many companies have layoffs and then days later report record results?

Too many companies see employees as a resource, not as a human. They fail to see that an employee who doesn't hate their job does a much better job. Treat them well, and they will treat the company well. Some may abuse it, but some always will.

I still have TMobile service because of you.

Tell that to Lyft about its “independent contractors” doing all the heavy lifting while Lyft takes up to 60% now and somehow still can’t make a profit!!
