Baroness Shaista Shaheen visited the mountain of fly-tipped waste in Oxfordshire, estimated to be at least 10,000 tonnes, and spoke about not being informed about this by the Environment Agency. The Baroness has written to Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs today that current government actions are not sufficient to deal with the scale of illegal fly-tipping.
