I do not like Rune but in this case I think he was probably correct that what he did was not enough for an unsportsmanlike warning. I do t see it any different than what Djokovic did yesterday or when Kryrios and countless others yell at the crowd.

well he is kind of right because they have to be quiet while play. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

Rune it isnt an great example, but this time he is correct. The crowd was making noise while he serves, he told them to stop and receive a time violation and a warning for this? Lack of respect of the crowdโฆ

He didnt even do anything lol

Hey @atptour all your umpires need a lot of training they are all over the place๐คญ

Isn't this the same umpire that once called him Casper?

A highly unfair warning by an awful umpire

Nadal would never have recieved that time violation

this sign does not mean โbe quiet โ. We Italian understand very well hands gestures ๐

In this case it should be time violation resulting in unsportsmanlike behavior warning. It's one thing to go over the clock when you played a long time and trying to regain your composure. It's a different thing trying to use this rule to game the system "tactically". No Pasaren!
