A convicted sex offender is being released into Kamloops. Taylor Dueck has four prior convictions involving teenage girls and tried to lure an 11 year old while on probation. Police say he is a serious and imminent risk to children. This is public safety under the BC NDP.

I'm ok with it getting released. To be fair , we should be allowed to openly hunt and bag these things when they are released. Jail should be considered protective custody to these things.
