I cook our steaks with loads of butter too - fully seasoned - perfect.

Maybe it's just me, but NOTHING about this seems appealing. From the deep-fried, drowning in butter, to the steak cuts themselves (which I don't even recognize), it looks more like a circus geek act perpetrated for no other reason than to garner attention and comment.
