Ohio is changing kids school attendance policy - ALL absences, including excused sick days, doctor visits and tardies now count toward a student’s total record - Schools must now notify parents the moment a student misses just 5% of the school year, this is equivalent to about 7-8 total days - Missing 10% of the year triggers an “Absence Intervention Team” - Schools can no longer use attendance records as a reason to hold a student back a grade So schools will now create an intervention team to make sure your kids get to school Ohio’s chronic absenteeism rate is extremely high, around 1 in 4 students, that’s 25% of students missing 10%+ of the school year

These buffoons cut a 2024 video of PBAT and Macron where PBAT specifically mentioned that it is almost impossible to educate a starving population. He advocated for a school feeding program where a child in Nigeria can be assured of a pint of milk, a sandwich and egg. The funny thing is that he did it as Governor of Lagos in partnership with Cadbury, Nestle etc. School feeding program is key to enrolment and attendance. If the almajiri child is assured of food in school, he will go to school. Even their parents would be the ones to push them to school. If a child on the streets of Lagos can eat a decent meal in School, they will stay in class. The UK has a comprehensive school feeding program. The US has a National School Lunch Program. Trying to enroll and teach hungry kids in school is a waste of time. You need to outgrow this 2022 cut and join video format.

For the 2nd time this week a public school English teacher lost it because their middle & high school students don’t know how to read or write at a basic level. Ppl used to want to send their kids to public schools, now they realize there are much better options available.

There are NO TOILETS at all in this school in Gaza with over 2,000 students, support here: A school was set up in Nuseirat in a half demolished building. This school started with 50 students and overtime grew to 2,300 students who rotate in morning and afternoon shifts. To provide a toilet unit with 2 toilets, the cost will be around $7,500 with 11% commission and probably another $500 for plumbing and transportation costs. Your support is needed to provide the school with a basic necessity: toilets!
