Frog is riding on top of gold fish

Who knew Baby alligators sound like lasers?

His fish friends back home are never going to believe him

The deep sea 'Tripod Fish' which stands on its own fins on the ocean floor

Every fish that dies naturally falls to the seabed, and the feeding process begins. The Osedax worms will devour the bones until they are gone. A new ecosystem is formed.

Mullet fish- the original synchronized swimmers

Doesn't last long? The video is sped up - it looks like it took ages for the fish to get eaten up. I expected one bigger fish just to eat it up; roll credits.

The carcass of a whale at the bottom of the ocean becomes a meal for lot of octopus and other beings !!!

Neither does a politician when exposed to sunlight

Sand fish skink swimming in sand.

Dude that was like a 40 day time lapse lol.

A species of pleco fish that survives extreme conditions including temporary freezing

Nature is brutal but fair.

feeding time for eel

If you slow it down or pause it and slowly drag the bar, you'll notice this one crab spend hours begging to get in only to find fish bone when everyone leaves. "LET ME IN!!"

That first crab was eating good

I want my body to be thrown in the ocean when I die so all the cute little sea creatures can clean the flesh off my skeleton before it starts to rot💕

What the fish

Damn. Don’t die in ocean.

giant deep sea roly-poly

Those sea louse are disgusting monstrosities

Get em

The other creatures that inhabit that area like to keep it tidy.

Dead fish don’t last long in the ocean because they are quickly broken down or consumed by many processes and organisms. Here are the main reasons: ✅ Scavengers eat them – Crabs, shrimp, larger fish, and even seabirds will quickly eat dead fish. ✅ Bacteria and fungi decompose them – Microorganisms break down the dead tissue rapidly in warm water. ✅ Predators attracted to smell – Sharks and other predators can detect the scent of decay and will eat the carcass. ✅ Currents move them – Waves and currents may push the dead fish onto shore or disperse them to deeper water. ✅ Marine invertebrates – Sea worms, amphipods, and other bottom-dwellers consume remains that settle on the seafloor. Because of all this natural recycling, very little of a dead fish's body goes to waste in the ocean—it gets quickly returned to the ecosystem as food for others.

Remind me not to die in the ocean

@AskPerplexity what are those attacking the fish?

@baldingwizard 死,为供养,就是这个直观体现。
