A developer by the name Obunikechukwu Stephen Atali, from Nteje, ANAMBRA state, has abandoned his sick mother in a shortlet apartment owned by a Yoruba businessman in Lagos. According to the managers of the apartment, the Igbo billionaire ran away after accumulating over N6m in debt at the apartment... and presenting fake documents as evidence of an incoming payment.
