Same thing happened with us to in 2020 but our relatives from my dad's side were also involved and we eventually won and lost the case at the same time because both of the plots were worth 2.10-15 cror and we only got 18 lakhs sadly

What I have understood from the video and from the real estate law's POV. None of the parties owns that plot, but the plots situated at the sides or the back, and this VACANT area, belong to the DHA. They both want to set up something (chairs and tables) on that vacant land.
