Obama never had full disclosure. He doesn't know any more than the average person, because he was always just a puppet. It's easy to say "aliens are real" because most people already believe it. Disclosure is easy, full disclosure is difficult. Trump is among a small few humans in modern times with first-hand, full disclosure. Trump's job is much more difficult, knowing all the details and knowing how difficult it will be for people to hear. If anything, the Obama puppet has inadvertently set the stage for Trump to disclose more.
