Surely should of been re-taken with full shot clock time...water carrier on the field in kickers view and they charged a penalty?

French players move towards the ball, it’s a penalty not a conversion…. Should have been retaken!!!!

Surely it should be a fresh penalty to Italy for the French charging the kick down or at least the shot clock reset as the ball fell off the tee? Is this not meant to be the premier rugby event in the world and we can’t even get competent refs who know the basic rules?

Unfair refereeing in favour of the French again. Just like a couple of weeks back when it was clearly a try for Scotland. Thought this was the Six Nations.
