That’s why I hate those speeding tailgating reckless Tesla drivers. I see them all the time from Northridge, Porter Ranch area to Tarzana, Encino all the way to Glendale along the 101 mostly. They suck!

Should be easy to do some due diligence to find this guy. The style Tesla, the color, looks like black CA license plate, where that exact car was sold and to whom. And the black license. Go from there.
