Joshua Baez has tallied back-to-back multi-homer games and is up to 15 home runs this year. This one left the bat at 112.5 MPH, his hardest-hit HR of the season. He's now up to an .888 OPS in 46 games with Triple-A Memphis.

Eric Hartman 3/6 with a double, 2 stolen bases and 2 rbis. The ball absolutely explodes off his bat. He catches up to velo (he absolutely destroyed a 96 mph foul ball in his last at bat before the single) and stays back and through the off speed really well. His speed is top end. The way he can drive with his exit velos and his speed and glove already has him up into my top 10 prosects early in the year. .312 with a 1.030 OPS 5 Doubles 1 Triple 8 Home runs 10 Stolen bases in 23 games. And again.....he's only 19 years old.

“Do you care about how fast the bat is moving or how hard the ball comes off the bat? Exit Velo is going to be way more important. So it’s not always about bat speed…Luis Urias has the lowest bat speed in all of baseball. For him, it’s not about how hard he hits the ball. It’s not about how hard he hits the ball or how fast he moves the bat, but it’s about barrel accuracy”🥊 Listen to Nate Headley talk about how it’s not all about bat speed and how the Batting Average King has elite barrel striking but the lowest bat speed in the MLB🗣️ #the108way

At a time when performative politics has become the norm, we’ve tried to do something different: To show up — everywhere. To listen. And to deliver results. We hosted events in 50 different cities this year — including yesterday in Timnath. And we’re just getting started!

2B/SS Shai Robinson, Illinois State Robinson is my pick to click this year. He's battled injuries in 2023 and 2024, but a full season could see his name shoved up boards. Robinson has long boasted impressive bat-to-ball skills and zone awareness. He's twitchy in the box allowing a noisier load to work. He gets the head out and has inate feel for the barrel. Passivity at the plate can occassionally back him into pitchers' counts. Robinson has soft hands and decisive actions on the dirt that should allow him to play shortstop at a high level this season. He's a fringy runner and doesn't possess an exceptionally quick first step, so he may end up at second or third base, but it's a plus throwing arm that'll serve fine in either spot. Keep an eye on this kid.

There has been a 7% decrease in highway fatalities since this time last year. Let's keep working together to keep our neighbors safe, Kentucky. Drive the speed limit, put the phone down and buckle up.

Two homers for Jefferson Rojas tonight. This one left the bat at 110 MPH. OPS at Double-A is up to .889 with 13 homers in 60 games. Reminder he was still 20 years old on Opening Day. Simple swing, easy bat speed and a good feel to drive the ball in the air.

We learn that Angel’s Ambassador-at-Large position is to allow him to move illegal and looted things including money without being searched. We learn that he has done this with up to US$300 million. We learn that he has the blessing of a high up authority to do this. LEARNING!

Madison politics may smell like the barn, but as a farm kid, I know how to clean up the bull... I will roll up my sleeves and deliver results for every Wisconsinite. I’m Tom Tiffany, and I’m running to be your next governor.
