@camhigby I’m confused. If a student locks themselves in their dorm room or the library, the school isn’t obligated to feed them. Can’t they ask a friend to bring them food? The LARPing is at an 11.

How old do you think she is? Maybe early 40s? So that would make her someone who went to HS in the 1990s right? Well that was right smack dab in the middle of the "Self-Esteem" everyone gets a trophy movement. We reap what we sow, people. You can't raise a generation of adults who genuinely believe their every whim should be respected, and their every discomfort allayed, and then be surprised when you get professors (and teachers, and naturally, offspring OF those adults) who have a proper sense of what is and is not their "right."
