The owner sees the video and goes to their house to get the dog. The homeowner told them where they last saw the dog, that’s when the owners of the dog started berating the homeowner for not catching and restraining the dog for them. Was the homeowner wrong for posting the video of the dog if they didn’t have it caught and safe or is the dog owner being entitled for expecting others to do what they haven’t done for over a week?

You really can’t make this stuff up. A couple walked into a liquor store with their dog, and before anyone knew it, the dog peed all over several bottles of liquor. Instead of telling an employee or apologizing, the man simply walked out of the store with the dog. The woman paid for the liquor they were buying, and then they both left as if nothing had happened—without saying a word about the mess they left behind.
