A female variable bush viper Called “variable” because its color changes wildly, from green to blue, red, yellow, black, or mixed patterns often shifting as it matures. 📹 vibrant_vipers_and_scaleworks1

Color-Shifting Tanzanite Crystal 💜💙 (Natural and Unheated - 467 ct) Available ✨ Tanzanite is more rare than Diamonds because it is only found in one location, Merelani Hills, Tanzania. Tanzanite is known for its intense pleochroism, shifting from tones of blue to violet when viewed at different angles, especially in front of polarized light (a white computer screen). Most Tanzanites are heated after they are found to bring out the blue-violet color and to remove any brown. Large, unheated crystals like this are very rare. When a Tanzanite is left natural and unheated, the color shift is more diverse, displaying tones of blue, violet, burgundy, green and yellow as shown in this video. Tanzanite is such a special mineral and its beauty is truly timeless. ✨ 🎵 Breathe - Telepopmusik (Chunky Bass Mix)

u can spend $1,000 on 1 YouTube video just for ur thumbnail to look like everything else on the homepage LMFAOOOO i studied MrBeast + Iman Gadzhi's thumbnails n kept seeing the same color patterns 1. blue + pink 2. blue + red 3. blue + yellow looks random until u put them on a color wheel then it makes way too much sense 55 seconds of thumbnail sauce:

Watch closely… This little creature, known as a stoat is rarely ever seen in the wild. It changes its fur color from winter to summer.

Is it just me, or is this oddly satisfying to watch? 🤔 Blue clay is a type of clay that is characterized by its distinctive blue-grey color. The color is caused by the presence of minerals such as iron, manganese, and magnesium in the clay.

A very cool animation of atmospheric CO₂ for the year 2021: * Fossil fuels, orange * Burning biomass, red * Land ecosystems, green * Ocean, blue For a well-mixed GHG, it takes some time for CO₂ to distribute globally from the sources in the North!

🇳🇱 AMSTERDAM SCIENTISTS CREATE “CHAMELEON SKIN” THAT CHANGES COLOR WITHOUT PIGMENT Scientists at the University of Amsterdam have developed a new nanomaterial that changes color like a chameleon, using no pigment, no paint, and no electricity. It is made from an extremely thin layer of silicon, about one thousandth the width of a human hair. The surface is cut with patterns so small they are invisible to the eye, inspired by the Japanese art of kirigami, which uses cuts and folds to make flexible designs. When the material stretches, those tiny shapes twist and tilt, changing how light bounces off the surface. The color shift comes from light interference, not chemical dyes. As the spacing between the nanostructures changes, different wavelengths of light cancel or reinforce each other, creating visible color shifts. The same natural physics explains why soap bubbles shimmer with rainbow patterns or why butterfly wings flash blue and green. Lead researcher Davide Ruzzene explained, “By nanopatterning the thin silicon membrane, we made it act as both a mechanical metamaterial and an optical metasurface, letting structure, not pigment, control color.” In simpler terms, the material physically moves and optically transforms at the same time. Because it does not rely on power or fading dyes, it could be used in military camouflage that changes color in motion, medical bandages that show strain or swelling, or flexible displays that never need charging. This is not science fiction but real nanoscience, turning light and motion into a living display. Source: Eugene, PhysOrg

If you watch this lines, you generally see them moving vertically and with red/green colors. But it you squint or watch them from a distance, you see them yellow and moving horizontally. 'Change the Color' was devised by Haruaki Fukuda and was Best Illusion of the Year 2019.

Drones are officially in Brooklyn! In Bay Ridge approx 11pm-11:15pm, 10+ DRONES? Some had a little blinking white dot and as 1 or 2 flew away with green/yellow/red lights, the white dot ones turned on green/yellow/red lights then flew away. One drone actually shut all of its lights OFF, so seemed to disappear in the night sky! All hovered near Verrazano Bridge that connects Bklyn to Staten Island. You can hear one of them as it flew over my building.👀🛸🗽#Drone #DronesNYC #DronesNJ

Traditional Turkish sweet called macun, or Ottoman paste, which is a colorful, paste-like candy. It is often sold by street vendors and is made from a variety of herbs and spices mixed with honey. The vendor typically uses a special tray with separate compartments for each color, and a stick to wrap the different flavors together. 🇹🇷🍭😋 © elitmacuncu (IG)

"I don't even look at soldiers as being black, white, red, yellow, green, purple, or pink.... if we ever run into anybody who does, we get rid of them." -GEN Schwarzkopf I remember saying exactly this just a few years ago, and getting immense grief for it. Never again.

From Gilgit Baltistan to Sindh, from Punjab to Balochistan, from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Azad Jammu and Kashmir when a soldier falls, he does not fall as a Punjabi, Sindhi, Baloch, Pashtun, Kashmiri, or Gilgiti. He falls as a son of Pakistan. His blood has no provincial color it flows only in green and white. Our martyrs unite us .

A black female student at Babcock High School encountered racial discrimination from a group of white female students. However, the school administration downplayed the incident, not acknowledging its racial nature. As black parents, it’s crucial to recognize the psychological impact of sending your children to predominantly white schools where they may not feel desired or welcomed.

Tweed is such a beautiful fabric to wear this time of year partly because it produces, in Dolly Parton's phrasing, a coat of many colors. Even a solid colored brown is not just brown, but bits of red, blue, and yellow inspired by the Scottish landscape, as Alan of Lovat explains.
