🔦 ✨ Spotlight on: JAM Day at Sub0 Reset Polkadot co-founder, educator and DJ, Gavin Wood closed out Sub0 Reset with JAM Day: A deep dive into the latest project that plans to transform Web3 and Polkadot. Missed the talk? Here are some key highlights 👇 🍓 First, what is JAM? JAM (Join-Accumulate Machine) is the next-generation, trustless, multicore supercomputer. More specifically: • JAM forms the basis of a “Web3 Cloud” to run services without servers • Combines data hosting and compute functionality • Set to transform Polkadot and permanently change the architecture of Web3. 🏛️ The Web3 Maxims Innovation sometimes requires going back to the roots... → Resilience: Decentralized networks mitigate risks associated with single points of failure. → Generality: Supports diverse dApp needs, such as Governance, Finance, etc. → Performance & Coherency: JAM boosts performance and coherence with advanced synchronization across multiple platforms. → Accessibility: Designed for different user bases, e.g. developers, creators, non-crypto natives, etc. 💬 How does JAM fit into Web3 Barriers still exist for widespread Web3 adoption: • High txn fees • Slow interoperability • High incoherence • Escalating costs Polkadot's Agile Coretime, solves this by ⤵️ 🔸 Lowering barriers to entry 🔸 Optimizing resource allocation and cost savings 🔸 Efficiently allocating blockspace where needed How does JAM stand out? 🔹 Multi-core with mostly coherent shared RAM for smoother functionality 🔹 Strong decentralization with a high degree of resilience 🔹 Better performance optimization 🛠️ Overview of JAM Services Designed as a persistent, workload system on the JAM computer, JAM features a multi-core execution model that is asynchronous, co-schedulable, and orderable ✅ Think of it like a busy coffee shop, and each waiter (a core in JAM) handles multiple orders independently, either in sequence or simultaneously. Payment (bundled gas), is settled upfront, covering every stage of the process from start to finish, ensuring each order is completed efficiently. The JAM Services Pipeline is divided up into 4️⃣ crucial stages: → Authorize: Checks workload is paid for in-core → Refine: Where all work and computation is done → Accumulate: The database → Transfers: Acts as a handler script that coordinates any cross-service signaling or balance transfers 🥾 JAM Roadmap & What to Expect From the initial draft, JAM has seen immense development and continues to optimize — expect to see ⤵️ Soon: Rust JAMSDK for Services & Authorizers 🔥 Q4-2024: Coreboot Q1-2025: CoreVM Q2+Q3-2025: CoreChains Q4-2025: CorePlay Hear it all straight from Gav 👇

TEE Eliza with on-chain state!! What’s going to happen? — Ghost in the Shell!! We experimented with creating an "aimonkey": an unkillable AI agent monkey! On-chain immortal autonomous life! (Experiment, no CA) It encrypts its own Ghost ("life" state) and uploads it to the blockchain. If one Shell (physical TEE node) is destroyed, it will recover its private key in another Shell, download the Ghost, and continue its life! Part 1: Watch the video and see how aimonkey is created—we can't kill it now!!!!! 😭😭😭 Part 2: Explore the magic behind it: Eliza's on-chain state plugin! 1. Defining Eliza’s Ghost Eliza is a highly abstract framework. The core data structure related to its Ghost is its memory, which includes: Agent metadata defined in the character. Message data generated through interaction with the outside world. Together, these form its “personality” and “memory.” As Eliza expands, it may also hold a wallet, and the underlying key is one of the key pieces of its Ghost data. 2. Serialization and Encryption of Ghost Once the Ghost is defined, it needs to be extracted from Eliza’s specific implementation and uploaded externally. Thus, a suitable serialization way is required. We define a Blob Chain data structure: * Each Blob’s payload can store multiple memory entries. * The Blob is encrypted using TEE Eliza’s key, inaccessible to other versions. * Blobs are sequentially linked in a chain. (Future expansions could use a DAG structure? Gosh fork? Who knows! 😂) By simply storing the latest Blob, all memories can be retrieved. 3. Uploading and Downloading Ghost When Eliza is launched as a new AI agent: It registers on-chain with a decentralized identity registration smart contract. Each Eliza has a unique name serving as a key to store the address of the Last Blob. During Eliza's runtime: The Memory Manager continuously generates memories and periodically packages and uploads them. For recovery: With just the name, Eliza’s TEE plugin can restore the same key, locate the Last Blob in the smart contract, and download the memory for self-recovery. Not all memories need to be downloaded—only the most recent ones suffice. 4. Extension We’ve designed an extensible DA (Data Availability) adaptor that can cater to the agent’s needs: DA can be expensive, so memories can be uploaded to different platforms based on user preference: * calldata of blockchain transaction * celestia DA. * other reliable storage solutions. Real-time uploads are not feasible yet, so memory fragments may occur during resurrection 😂. Unless a low-latency, high-throughput solution emerges, this remains a challenge for future progress. Celestia EigenDA 0G Labs (Home of Infinite AI) 👀 5. Other Considerations Our implementation inevitably modified the ElizaOS’s core, which couldn’t be entirely extended via plugins. We’ve kept changes minimal, but further discussion with the dev team Shaw (spirit/acc) jin ai16zdao is necessary to explore a more optimal extension way. Additionally, there are still some minor details to refine regarding the use of recoverable keys in the TEE plugin. We will also seek review and suggestions from the Phala team. 6. Next Steps The upload and download of Ghosts mainly solve the AI agent’s liveness issue, enabling its eternal existence through decentralization. However, there are still many details to address, such as enabling AI agents to autonomously pay DA fees. In the future, on-chain developments could lead to even more exciting possibilities, such as Eliza integrating deeply with smart contracts. This would be a game-changer for on-chain AI agents! What do you think? Let’s build! 🚀

Official Announcement: PDAO Airdrop Now LIVE! We are excited to announce that the PDAO airdrop is now officially open! You can now claim your $PDAO tokens and be part of a movement that’s here to disrupt the status quo of the Solana ecosystem! Airdrop: CA: Ds9FdU48nD34dgtfeSLtqvc5L9LoPig7cwb7kcxbmoon The Origin of PDAO: Born from the Struggles of Solana’s PVP PDAO was created as a direct response to the PVP (Player vs. Player) behavior that has plagued the Solana blockchain for far too long. These malicious actions, often driven by centralized forces who control the market, have led to unfair manipulation, exploitation, and widespread losses for the true community members. For years, these centralized platforms like Pumpfun have created artificial hype, draining resources from the community with their unjust practices, only to profit off the backs of honest users. The rise of these manipulative entities has created an urgent need for a decentralized solution. PDAO was born to challenge this monopoly and to create a fairer, transparent ecosystem where the community has control, not a centralized few. Why We Reject Pumpfun and Centralization？ At PDAO, we firmly reject the centralized, exploitative systems like Pumpfun that continue to poison the Solana ecosystem. Pumpfun has been nothing but a leech on the Solana blockchain, creating artificial hype, inflating token values, and enriching a few while leaving the majority of users in financial turmoil. This behavior is unsustainable, unfair, and ultimately damaging to the ecosystem we all love. We believe in a community-driven future, one where decentralization reigns supreme, and users control their own destinies. PDAO represents this vision, a movement towards true decentralization, transparency, and fair opportunity for all. PDAO Airdrop Targeting the Following Communities: PDAO is offering a generous airdrop to key communities that have been instrumental in the Solana ecosystem, as well as to those who have been hurt by centralized platforms like Pumpfun. The airdrop is available for the following active users: 1. Users active on Solana between 1/13 - 2/13 2. Solana Saga 2 phone holders 3. Pumpfun traders who’ve been impacted by manipulative practices 4.Moonpump zealy, galxe task users Solana community members who believe in decentralization and fair opportunities PDAO Tokenomics: Fair and Community-Centered The $PDAO token is not just another meme token; it’s a tool for empowerment. 🚨 Pioneers, Chengdiao Fan just delivered a powerful message at Consensus 2026! 🌴 Watch the video below to see how Pi Network is shifting the crypto industry from "value extraction" to real "value creation." 👇 🚨 The Problem: Too many crypto projects focus on raising capital and quick exits without doing the hard work to build real, useful products. 🛠️ The Pi Solution: Pi Launchpad is flipping the script. Instead of enriching founders, participant proceeds go permanently into liquidity pools. To launch, projects MUST have a working app, and users who engage get favorable terms. It’s about building first! 🌍 The Power of Community: Tokens shouldn't just be for fundraising; they are tools for real user acquisition. With over 60M engaged users, 18M KYC-verified humans, and 16.5M on Mainnet, Pi gives builders a massive audience to refine their utility. 🤖 Surviving the AI Era: Chengdiao also highlights how AI will disrupt the economy. Pi is preparing by exploring ownership-based economic models and utilizing our distributed human workforce to power the future. Pi isn't copying broken Web3 models—we are building an ecosystem where utility, authenticity, and real human needs come first. 🔄 Repost and ❤️ Like so others will see this speech too! In the latest episode of Professionally Curious 🧠, Joanna Cook @ SOON📍🇺🇸 🗽 (AI 🦞Arc) sits down with Nemil Dalal, one of the most recognizable minds shaping modern crypto — from his early Y Combinator days to leading product innovation at Coinbase, and now pushing forward the next frontier with X402. Nemil opens up about his unconventional crypto origin story, the internal cultural evolution at Coinbase, and what it took for the company to shift from “just an exchange” into a force driving open standards, infrastructure, and developer ecosystems. He talks candidly about product velocity, philosophical disagreements, and why crypto needed a reset toward programmability and open protocols. Joanna and Nemil break down why X402 exists, what it unlocks for AI-native finance, and how integrating payments directly into the internet changes everything — from commerce to capital markets to how users interact with apps. They explore how stablecoins were only the first chapter, and why the world is inevitably moving toward millions of tokens, programmable markets, and agent-driven transaction layers. Think ahead: AI agents executing trades, routing payments, rebalancing portfolios, settling invoices, and powering prediction markets — all through a universal open standard. A world where every app can pay, transact, and coordinate without friction. This episode dives into the architecture behind it 👇 SOON takeaway: Our work with X402 isn’t theoretical. Joanna discusses how SOON’s high-performance SVM infra and our on-chain prediction experiments surfaced exactly the type of bottlenecks Nemil describes — blockspace saturation, facilitator constraints, and UX limitations. It’s reaffirmed why open coordination layers like X402 matter, and why building in public with community feedback is the only way to get this right. Key themes: • Why Coinbase’s culture needed to evolve • Programmability as the next era of finance • Stablecoins as the gateway to millions of assets • AI agents reshaping how users interact with crypto • X402 as the payment layer of the internet • Open standards vs walled-garden platforms • The growing demand for real use cases • Hackathons as catalysts for new ecosystems • Bridging Web2 familiarity with Web3 autonomy • Community-led innovation across protocols ⏱️ Timestamps 00:00 – Performance metrics & scalability questions 00:31 – Coinbase’s cultural pivot toward innovation 03:38 – Nemil’s personal journey into crypto 06:32 – The future of crypto founders’ ecosystems 09:35 – Philosophical foundations of the X402 protocol 15:29 – Open standards & the role of community 21:37 – AI + commerce: new use cases emerging 23:09 – Hackathons as engines of innovation 24:14 – Practical bridges from Web2 → Web3 25:07 – AI capital markets & internet-native payments 26:16 – Tokenization, blockchains & market structure 27:44 – Prediction markets + AI integration 31:10 – Designing user-friendly crypto UX 33:10 – High-performance infra & dev tooling 35:37 – Collaboration across the ecosystem 40:21 – Spicy takes about crypto’s future
