Seriously!? You're just adding fuel to the fire, you have a lot of tired, stressed, cold, and angry customers who've been out of power for 4 days now. This is the last thing we care to hear about.

How can reinforcement learning boost your trading strategy? My new free Substack breaks down how SARSA helps traders stay resilient and maximize their strategies.

Lol just recycling a video from your last failure

Nice thanks! This nice video will keep me warm going into the third night with no power or heat.

imagine if, instead of raking in record profits, u guys hired more people and paid them better and invested in the infrastructure lol jk jk of course

I just received an email with an updated restoration estimation of Monday…what happened to the 95% bs for Sunday?? People are freezing in their homes this is a gigantic joke

DTE - you need top to bottom overhaul. See Southwest Airlines. And I am referring to corporate. Not line workers.

This is all irrelevant. What we want to know is how a company that has made over 3 billion in profit in 2 years and is asking for another 19% rate hike isn't prepared for an ice storm in MICHIGAN. These things are expected here so the work should have been put in during the

I just want my power back, I can't feel my hands or feet

We know this is a disruption to your day, and we’d like to help. Please send us a private message at: for assistance.

If the infrastructure wasn’t dog shit to begin with, there wouldn’t be as much “tRoUblE BeHinD TrOuBle”

All residents of all cities must urge their Mayor to propose public utility we need to sanction this monopolized company

@DTE_Energy this is taking way too long in freezing temps. @GovWhitmer needs to get help from @fema

Why weren't they, a few months back, checking for those "trouble behind trouble"? How many are still without power?

Needs better communication, I've had it pushed back 3 times now each one waiting until the end of the day to say any thing. Waiting for the 4th tonight at 11:58pm. Meanwhile hotels are price gouging in the area, if people had known it'd be 4+ days they would have already gotten-

Oh so that’s why my entire neighborhood but ONLY my subdivision has no power! Makes sense! NOT

This is ridiculous. My pets and I can’t handle another night freezing in our own home.

Estimated that today it will be fixed. Yet no trucks in my area. This is the same time of day that they disappeared yesterday. Brightmoor is always last I swear.

Proper planning is key- you work for public service, this is not a chip bag that fell off the rack and caused more chips to fall so you have to pick them up. This is intricate work- so you should have a prepared plan of action for those type of events. This is poor management

Our neighborhood is the first to lose power and last to get it back. Someone needs to do a better job regulating you, DTE. with the rate hikes and now charging a premium for kw usage during peak hours, I hope you make some serious infrastructure upgrades.

Maybe spend the millions in exec salaries on INFRASTRUCTURE? Love to know if THEIR homes have power. I’ll wait. Southfield’s projection moved from Sunday to Monday. And yet .. no texts, no emails. Just an UNCHANGING MAP! @GovWhitmer @WhiteHouse

Well then, bury the goddamn lines so there is no “trouble behind trouble.” You made over a billion + dollars in profits recently. Stop preying on your customers with rate hikes and shoddy customer service and invest that money in improved infrastructure.

We are freezing out here. You’d think with all the money we keep paying, they would have updated everything by now. No heat, no hot water, no stove, groceries are being ruined and no one seems to be in a hurry!!!! I’ll expect a credit on my bill ffs!!!!!

It’d be nice if I ever got a restoration time in the first place!

I wonder what the reason will be when you guys raise rates in the summer. What a complete joke. @GovWhitmer get a disaster team in here. DTE can’t handle their poor infrastructure. 45 degrees in the house right now. Now longer than the 2003 blackout.

I'm freezing and starving gimme my power back

Summer to either 1. Bury the lines 2. Cut more branches away from lines 3. Have more equipment on standby because we're now being told you're waiting on parts. This is a debacle and it's all because dte has paid off media and politicians so they can avoid spending to fix things.

you said our power would be restored by the end of the day today. we are going on 50 hours with no power. it's 5:00pm almost dark. will power be restored or not? we haven't gotten real answers out of you guys since this whole thing! some transparency would be nice!!!!

So tone-deaf. Nobody cares. The power isn't on, that's what we care about. We went from 95% by Sunday to *maybe* 75% after 5 days, when a large portion of those were caused by *you*

Just excuses to me it's going on three days with no power I have had fish die and lost food because of this company it's funny how certain areas in Michigan gets fixed before others #dteonsomebs

You find trouble behind trouble because you bandaid “fix” issues while paying your CEO millions.

Since you’re aware you’ll find “trouble behind trouble”, have a crew behind another crew. Haven’t hear a word from any Ann Arbor government officials either. They’re fine, have power, don’t care.

Well, when you guys don't update the infrastructure - everything's gonna be fucked.

Starting to think this is planned. None of it makes sense..DTE was much better at repairs years ago. I smell a rat 🐀

Seriously, fuck you DTE. I can’t feel my feet it’s so cold in my house
