Great video, Alex. Thanks for sharing your insights. I feel like I came away better understanding some of the challenges of keeping information secure and how a lot of it is a people problem. Wish company's like Coinbase and River were not required by law to become honeypots.

Very good honest take. Securing systems is much harder at a large company. But also - important to note that all companies and computers are constantly under attack and being probed from the outside. Every server I’ve ever run is under attack from the moment it comes online.

100% What many don't understand is that almost all of those security holes are humans. It's almost always people, not code.

Know Your Employee (KYE). One bad insider can wipe out a decade of trust overnight.
