A few visual updates for Brawl! First, Arcane Sweeper is now Scouting Ahead. Same functionality, new visuals!

Second, Yordle Magic is now Bagus' Blessing (the buff you get if you fall behind!). Once again, just new visuals, to make it feel a little more thematic and whimsical!

Thirdly, added a few subtle VFX to Norra's books~

And also formatted/fixed the Bandlewood Aura buff that everyone gets.

Is it bugged the same way Arena's Sweeper is bugged? Like, sometimes you can't see the enemy's VFX, my guess is that it occurs when cast from fog of war.
