Our governors, traditional leaders, and religious leaders are also very complicit in the situation we find ourselves in today in this country. Their actions and words are always contradictory. You will often hear them lamenting about insecurity and hardship in the country, but the moment they meet the president, they do everything possible to impress him at the expense of the very issues they had been complaining about. They give the president the impression that their complaints were merely a ploy. Katsina is among the states that bandits have held for ransom. Instead of taking the president to some of these affected villages to see the situation firsthand and understand their plight, the governor chose to pay a crowd to welcome the president warmly. He even invited Rara to perform while he sat next to the president, laughing and clapping, while his people suffer in abject poverty and unable to sleep in their own homes, with some still in captivity, and that is really, I understand that the president is his guest but the level of butt licking is too much. I am a very big fan of Dikko but I am disappointed, because he spoke so much about insecurity of his state and showed so much concern in his interviews and I expected better from him. Smh. 😔

While condemning the killing of some of our brothers from the North by Vigilantes in Edo State who were on transit from Port Harcourt to the North , the following questions must be answered . 1 Are the victims really hunters ? If as it is claimed that they are hunters in Rivers State do they have hunting license from the Rivers State Government having paid.the required hunting fees to qualify them as hunters in the eyes of the law ? 4. Were the victims residence of Rivers State by proof through their NIN, drivers licence or any other means of identification ? Beecause to hunt in Rivers State you need to be a resident of the state. 5. Did the victims complete a hunter education course to establish their competence ? 6 When the victims were confronted in Edo State , where they were found in possession of guns ? if they were, what type of guns? Shotguns (single/double-barrel, pump-action, semi-automatic) and hunting rifles are , categories of guns allowed for hunting by law but if the victims were found with , AK-47 , M16 , AR15R etc it makes them to be suspected criminals like bandits , terrorist or kidnappers and the proper thing to do is to hand them over to the police and not kill them .

Brothers and sisters of Ireland, 🇮🇪 We gather not in silence, but in strength. We gather not in hate, but in hope. And we gather not to divide, but to demand. For the past number of days, our country has been brought to a standstill. Not by chaos without cause, but by people pushed to the edge. Farmers, workers, drivers, families, ordinary Irish people have taken to the roads, to the streets, to the gates of this nation’s lifelines because the cost of simply living has become too much to bear. They are not there for attention. They are there because they cannot afford not to be. Fuel prices have surged to unsustainable levels, driven by global crises and policies beyond the control of ordinary people. And yet, it is the ordinary people who are expected to carry the burden. They tell us support has been given. They tell us measures are in place. They tell us to be patient. But patience does not fill a tank. Patience does not keep a business alive. Patience does not put food on the table. Across Ireland, roads have been blocked, cities brought to a halt, and supply lines disrupted. Fuel depots, ports, even the country’s only oil refinery have been targeted in protest. Not out of malice but out of desperation. And now we see the response. The government condemns the protests. They speak of disruption, of law and order, of consequences. They warn of penalties and even bring in the Defence Forces to assist. But where was this urgency before? Where was this response when people were crying out for help? We ask not for chaos. We ask not for division. We ask for fairness. We ask for a government that listens before the country grinds to a halt. We ask for action before people are forced onto the streets to be heard. Because let us be clear: These protests did not appear out of nowhere. They are the result of years of pressure, rising costs, and people feeling ignored. You, in government, we ask you now!! Why does it take nationwide disruption before you listen? Why are workers and families pushed to breaking point before action is taken? Why must people blockade their own country just to be heard? We are not extremists. We are not criminals. We are citizens. And we are pissed of being ignored. Those standing on the roads today those sitting in tractors and trucks through the night those sacrificing income to make a point they are not the enemy of this country. They are the voice of it. And yes you best believe disruption is real. People are delayed, services affected, and frustration is growing. But that is what happens when a government stops listening and the people are left with no other choice. This is a peaceful movement. But it is a powerful one. Bodaboda GANGS in Kisii Town that have been baptized the Green Army have this morning attacked a businessman called Hassan premises and poured raw sewage inside and outside his business. Today, they have been empowered even further since they have state protection, no police station you can report to. The security agencies in Kisii County led by the County Commissioner, County Commander of Police, the CCIO, the OCPDs and OCSs of all the surrounding police stations are in support of these criminals!
