That's not a RPG round, that's a modified mortar round he is shooting. Normal RPG rounds are not really designed for indirect fire (fin stabilization is optimized for flat trajectory, ranged self-destruct).

Your post leaves some questions! The tree line (hard to see) seems about 1000 meters out from the housing area. Most rifle grenades are effective for 150-300 meters. Is this a super grenade or just bad video?
