Aquí ya se les ganó una vez, cuando se les obligó a ser reconocidos como empresas de #transporte, con responsabilidades y obligaciones, no como simples apps tecnológicas. En España la #movilidad funciona de otra manera. Hay licencias, regulación, controles y un marco legal que protege tanto al usuario como al trabajador. No todo vale en nombre de la “innovación”. Ni se puede eliminar empleo, ni apropiarse del nombre “taxi”, ni operar al margen de la ley. Aquí ya se demostró que cuando se organiza el sector y se defiende el interés público, las plataformas tienen que cumplir. Y esa línea, en Barcelona, no se va a cruzar. #TaxienLucha
