When you are weak on crime, criminals are encouraged to break the law. It's pretty simple.

Every single one of these people need to be identified, arrested and charged accordingly. What kind of message is being sent by allowing this to keep happening in our country? LOCK THEM ALL UP! Make them pay restitution, send them to some kind of boot camp or jail to straighten them out, long probation, trespass off the property for LIFE and more.
